Educational Surgical Missions (ESM) are performed in partnership with local medical organizations to train, exchange ideas, build capacity with local doctors on surgical techniques to benefit their patient population. ESMs are comprehensive, collaborative, sustainable, patient-centered, and education-based for program enhancement and patient care specifically for the local environment.
